Sunil Kumar

Sunil has been leading DataFlow Group since 2015, leveraging over 30 years of global management experience. Previously holding senior roles at Deutsche Bank, Genpact, and GE, he is a certified management accountant with a Master’s degree in Accounting and Corporate Law.

Under his leadership, DataFlow has evolved into a product-first, technology-driven, and customer-centric organization enabling global mobility.

 

Sanjeev Agarwal

Sanjeev brings over 22 years of experience in operations, research and analytics, and finance with multinational companies to his role as Chief Operating Officer at DataFlow Group.

Previously, he led equity research at Copal Partners and managed treasury operations at Genpact. A Financial Management Program graduate from GE, Sanjeev holds an MBA from Symbiosis Centre for Management & HRD, Pune.

 

Garry Taylor

Garry brings over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, including more than 20 years in the banking sector, holding key leadership roles at TSB, Barings, ING, and Macquarie. Originally from London, he has spent the past two decades working across Asia, including Japan and Hong Kong.

Before joining DataFlow Group, Garry established and managed a 1,800-person global IT support center in the Philippines. Leveraging his extensive leadership and technology expertise, he drives DataFlow’s innovation agenda, ensuring the company remains a leader in cutting-edge technology solutions.

Rafi Hattar

Rafi has over 25 years of experience in sales and business development, working with top engineering software firms like Bentley Systems, Aveva Solutions, and Hexagon. An engineer with an MBA from the University of Leicester, UK, he leads DataFlow Group’s Commercial division, defining strategic priorities and translating them into global initiatives.

Before joining DataFlow, Rafi served as Vice President at Hexagon PPM, successfully overseeing operations across the Middle East and Africa. His leadership and vision are pivotal in driving the company’s commercial growth and expanding its global footprint.

 

Tony Fargher

Tony is a seasoned finance professional with 15 years of global experience, primarily within blue-chip multinationals. Since joining DataFlow Group in 2018, he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s financial strategy and supporting its growth trajectory.

Previously, Tony served as Finance Director for Serco Group plc’s Integrated Services Sector in the Middle East and held leadership roles at John Buck International, Goldman Sachs Bank, and PwC. A Chartered Accountant with first-class honors in Accounting and Commercial Law, Tony’s expertise drives DataFlow Group’s financial excellence.

 

 

Sunita Shakdher Menon

Sunita brings over 20 years of HR expertise across travel, consulting, and aviation industries. With a diverse background spanning Human Resources, Digital Transformation, Operations, and M&A integration, she partners with leaders to align business strategies with people-focused solutions.

Holding an MA degree in Operational Research from Delhi University and certified in cyber and data security, Sunita leads DataFlow’s Global HR agenda. Passionate about creating diverse and inclusive work environments, she is dedicated to creating an environment where every employee thrives and contributes to the company’s success.

 

 

Amit Gupta

Amit leads DataFlow’s Strategy and M&A function. Bringing deep expertise in business turnaround and M&A across the services industry, he has held significant roles at GE, Genpact, Ernst & Young, and Asianet News. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant, with strategic leadership training from the Wharton Business School.

Amit’s strong financial and business acumen is key to accelerating DataFlow’s next phase of growth.
