Refund Eligibility:
Application Cancellation Request Within 24 Hours
If the applicant requests to stop their application within 24 hours from the time of submission of the case for any reason, a refund will be issued after deducting a 10% administration fee* from the total refund amount.
Technical Issues
In the event of technical issues leading to duplicate payments, a full refund (without any deduction) will be provided for the second payment.
Stopped Cases / Applications
If DataFlow proactively stops a case/application during the initiation or validation process for valid reasons, a refund will be issued after deducting a 10% administration fee* from the case fees.
Express Application
A full refund of the express fees (without any deduction) will be processed if DataFlow is unable to meet the express turnaround time or if the report is closed as ‘unable to verify’.
Issuing Authority Fees
While we strive to only collect the exact IA fees required, occasional discrepancies may occur. If, for any reason, we collect an excess amount exceeding $3 in IA fees that are not passed on to the Issuing Authority, a full refund for that excess amount will be issued to the applicant.
