Partnership Establishes a Streamlined Verification Pathway for Healthcare Practitioners Joining One of the Region’s Largest Hospital Networks
DUBAI, UAE – 2 July 2026 – DataFlow Group, the global leader in Primary Source Verification (PSV) and credential verification solutions, today formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Saudi German Health, one of the largest private healthcare networks in the Arab world. The signing ceremony took place at 2:00 PM at the Saudi German Hospital facility in Dubai, marking a significant milestone in both organizations’ commitment to raising the standards of healthcare workforce integrity across the region.
Under the terms of the agreement, DataFlow will serve as the designated Primary Source Verification partner for healthcare practitioners referred by Saudi German Health. DataFlow’s full suite of services — including Premium PSV, VIP Assist, Document Concierge, Licensing and Credentialing Support, Digital Footprint Checks, and Prometric Nursing Exam Training — will be made available to SGH-referred practitioners, ensuring compliance with requirements set by the UAE’s health regulatory authorities.
The partnership also encompasses support for UAE Golden Visa applications where applicable, as well as a dedicated VIP Service Desk for DataFlow employees at Saudi German Health facilities — underscoring the reciprocal and people-first nature of the collaboration.
Beyond regulatory compliance, the partnership carries a meaningful impact for the communities SGH serves across the UAE. By ensuring that every healthcare practitioner entering an SGH facility has been rigorously verified through primary source checks, both organizations are placing patient safety and public trust at the center of this collaboration. Families seeking care at Saudi German Health’s hospitals and clinics can do so with the confidence that the specialists treating them hold authentic, fully validated qualifications.
“At DataFlow, we believe that verified credentials are the foundation of safe, high-quality healthcare. This MOU with Saudi German Health reflects our shared conviction that every practitioner entering a clinical environment should be thoroughly and efficiently verified,” said Sunil Kumar, Chief Executive Officer of DataFlow Group. “We are proud to bring our technology and network to support SGH’s mission of delivering world-class care.”
Saudi German Health, which operates a growing network of medical centers across the Middle East, has long prioritized the quality and compliance of its clinical workforce. The agreement enables SGH to accelerate its onboarding process while maintaining the highest regulatory standards.
“Our practitioners are at the heart of everything we do at Saudi German Health. Ensuring their credentials are verified accurately and swiftly is a commitment to our patients and the trust they place in our institutions,” stated Mr. Abdelhakim Farag Gamaleldin, Group HR Director, Saudi German Health LLC. “Partnering with DataFlow gives us access to a world-class verification infrastructure.”
The MOU runs for an initial term of twelve months, with provisions for renewal by mutual agreement. DataFlow will deploy a dedicated single point of contact for SGH and provide access to its client portal for real-time tracking of application progress and performance KPIs.
