In how many days will the document be reissued?
The standard time is 30 working days. Some authorities might take longer due to their internal processes, but we’ll always inform you in advance and provide updates if there are any delays.
Will my DataFlow verification complete automatically once my document is reissued?
No, the verification will not be completed automatically. As per the regulator’s requirements, the reissued document will be shared with the DataFlow operations team, who will then resend it to the issuing authority for confirmation. The verification process for the document will be completed after the issuing authority confirms the authenticity of the new document.
What if the university refuses to reissue my document? Do I get a refund?
Yes, you’re eligible for a refund if the university can’t reissue your document. A deduction will be made for processing charges and any fees already paid to the issuing authority.

Yes, the service charge is $131.25 per document. However, if you’re reissuing two semester marksheets from the same university for the same year, it counts as one service charge of $131.25.
Does completing this service automatically finalize DataFlow verification?
No. Once we retrieve the missing document, we verify it by sending it to the issuing authority again, to complete the verification process.
