Dubai, UAE; 15 October 2024 – DataFlow Group has partnered with the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts to launch a new suite of digital public notary services. This collaboration, announced at the launch of the DIFC Courts’ new digital services platform during GITEX Global 2024, aims to enhance security and efficiency in notarization using advanced AI and verification technology, positioning DIFC Courts at the forefront of digital legal services.
The new platform integrates two key solutions from DataFlow’s comprehensive suite: AI-driven Document Tampering and Image Forensics and Primary Source Verification (PSV). The document tampering detection solution produces a near-instant outcome for analyzing fraud and digital manipulation of the documents being notarized. Complementing this, the PSV solution directly verifies the authenticity of documents with the original issuing authorities, adding a critical layer of security.
Since its establishment in 2004, DIFC Courts has played a vital role in Dubai’s legal landscape as the UAE’s international English-language common law judicial system. Under the 2022-2024 roadmap, it’s digital transformation initiatives are aligned with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Digital Strategy, driving growth across federal and local strategic goals.
