Due to new data protection laws, we cannot continue to store your personal information and your DataFlow report indefinitely.
We want to make sure that you have the information you need to ensure you can always access your verified report from the DataFlow Group. It is no longer possible for us to store your DataFlow report and the personal information associated with it forever. To enable you to access your report for the lifetime of your career, we have set up TrueProfile.io – everything you need to know about our data protection policy and how you can secure your DataFlow report is outlined below.
Why do we have to delete your data?
We are committed to keeping your data safe and protected. In order to adhere to the latest data protection legislation and best practices, we will no longer continue to store our applicants’ reports or the information associated with them.
When do we delete your information?
Once you have completed your verification, we are bound by law to delete your data 12 months later. This is applicable to any documents you have verified with us and we have communicated this to you several times on your registered email. If your report is older than 12 months, we will begin deleting data in the next few weeks.
How can I save my report with TrueProfile.io?
All you need to do is visit TrueProfile.io and sign up using the email that you completed your report with. By creating your own private sign in, you are in charge of your own data and will secure access to your report for the lifetime of your career.
