What drew you to a career at the DataFlow Group? How did you first get into verification?
DataFlow is an equal opportunity employer. I am treated with a lot of respect. When I joined DataFlow, I was new to the system and was trying to understand the process.
Over this time, my motivation and the learning environment of the DataFlow Group have helped me climb the ladder. I look forward to coming to work every day because of the company culture and the countless growth opportunities.
Is there someone that inspires you in your career?
If I talk about my inspiration here at the DataFlow family, it has to be our Verifications Director, Apurva Tandon. My career started under his leadership, and I’ve worked with him for over three years, which has made me a responsible and determined person.
What’s it like working in a multicultural organization like DataFlow?
At the DataFlow Group, I feel safe expressing my values and showing support for other people’s best moments – which is the best part of working in a multicultural environment.
What is the best career advice you’ve been given?
The most important career advice that’s been given to me is to show up with a positive attitude. One should always show accountability towards their work, and everything else will fall into place automatically.
Describe yourself in 3 words.
I’m a keen learner, motivated, and a responsible human being in and out of the workplace.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
