If you need to submit missing documents or additional information during your DataFlow primary source verification (PSV) application, here’s a step-by-step guide and how-to video on the process.
The submission of missing documents or additional information is mandatory to process your verification application with DataFlow.
Step 1
To access your application, go to www.dataflowstatus.com. Enter your DataFlow case or reference number and registered passport number on the portal.
Step 2
Check your application status. If there are any missing documents, the status will appear as “Cases in insufficiency” and the component with insufficiency will show the message “Click here to provide missing information”.
Step 3
Click “Click here to provide missing information”. If you are requested to add a missing document, upload the document, then click “submit”. If you are requested to submit missing information, add the information in the comment box provided.
Alternatively, you may reply to the email you would have received to your registered email ID from DataFlow. Reply to the email with the relevant document or information requested.
You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of submitting all the required information. DataFlow will process these documents and data, and will reach out to you should there be any further comments.
