This month, we spoke with Tanya Bansal, who manages DataFlow’s Premium Services. Based in our Noida, India office, Tanya has a keen understanding of the power of empathy and relationship-building. Can you introduce yourself and tell us about your role at the DataFlow Group?
Hi, I’m Tanya. I’ve been with Dataflow since October 2022 and will complete two years soon. I am based in the Noida, India office where I handle multiple processes, including premium services, and premium agencies.
Why did you choose to work at DataFlow?
I returned to DataFlow in 2022 after a stint in aviation. The opportunity to work with diverse teams and handle challenging tasks is something I appreciate. I enjoy the dynamic environment and focus on making a positive impact on people’s lives through our services.
What are you most proud of achieving in your two years at DataFlow?
I’m proud of elevating our team’s service standards and creating a more personalized experience for our clients. We’ve honed in on accountability and a deep understanding of the critical nature of our work.
How does working in a multicultural environment impact your role?
Working in a multicultural environment has broadened my perspective. I’ve learned to adapt to different communication styles and build strong relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
How do you like to start your day?
I begin my day with a to-do list to prioritize tasks. It helps me stay focused and achieve a sense of accomplishment.
Do you have a personal mantra?
I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt and backing my team. It’s essential for building trust and fostering a positive work environment.
What do you value most about DataFlow’s impact on customers?
DataFlow empowers people to achieve their goals by providing essential verification services. Our work directly impacts lives, and that’s incredibly rewarding.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy reading fiction and spending quality time with family and friends.

I’m a big fan of mystery novels and enjoy solving puzzles.
How do you achieve work-life balance?
I prioritize time management and set clear boundaries between work and personal life. Weekends are dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation.
